USA RE Mentoring: New Mentorship Programs Available!
We take huge pride in our Mentorship Programs and we hope that you will see that we have tried to find something for everyone. We sincerely hope that you will be able to find a level that will work into your budget and your level of dedication to making Real Estate Investing a strong source of providing you and your family with additional income and freedom.
The 3 “THREE” Levels are:
GROUP/GOLD/PLATINUM
Here is a breakdown of each of the Three Available Levels:
USA RE MENTORING MILLIONAIRE GROUP MENTORING
This level of mentorship is the MILLIONAIRE GROUP MENTORSHIP and is $4,999 (IF PAID IN FULL). If you choose to pay monthly, $2,000 down and 2nd payment in 30 days of $1600 and final payment of $1600 in 60 days from initial payment…..you are responsible to have a check to us by the 1st of each month or we can do Pay-Pal or process your credit card thru our merchant account, if you want to use a credit card.
There is a 3 (THREE) month minimum commitment…..then it’s month to month. You can stay as long as you like.
This includes one scheduled (1 hr.) call per week with One (1) of our TOP Real Estate Mentors and email access within reason, no more than 3 per week, unless you are in the heat of a deal with one of our Mentors. We have several fantastic Mentors that have been through our system for years and have become successful and are now mentoring for us. We have no doubt that they can make you very comfortable as they know the business and can guide you every step of the way. You will have access to our conference calls, webinars and tele-seminars.
You agree to profit share with us (USAMD, LLC) on your first (3) deals…….50-50 split.
USA RE MENTORING MILLIONAIRE GOLD LEVEL
The next level of mentorship is the MILLIONAIRE GOLD MENTORSHIP and the cost is $9,999 (IF PAID IN FULL). There is a 4 (FOUR) month minimum commitment. If you choose to pay monthly, $5,000 down with the 2nd payment of $1800 in 30 days and $1800 in 60 days and final payment of $1800 in 90 days from the 1st payment …..you are responsible to have a check to us by the 1st of each month or you can use Pay-Pal or charge your credit card thru our merchant account, whichever is best for you.
This level includes one scheduled (1 hr.) call per week with 1 (one) of our TOP Real Estate Mentors and email access within reason, no more than 3 per week unless you are in the heat of a deal. Includes cell phone access if you are in the heat of a deal. You will have access to our conference calls, webinars, tele-seminars. You will also have a once a month 1/2 hour conference call with Jon Iannotti per month.
FREE lifetime membership access to our REACT/CATS System. This is a $5997 Value per year…..so let’s just say it’s worth a lot! You are grandfathered in and have to pay NO MONTHLY FEE for the LIFETIME membership!

USA RE MENTORING MILLIONAIRE PLATINUM LEVEL
The next level of mentorship is the Millionaire Platinum Mentorship. The cost is $14,999 for 6 months (IF PAID IN FULL). If you wish to do payments, the Payment plan breaks down to $7,500 down and $1700 per month for 5 months. This level also includes one (1 hr.) scheduled call per week, unlimited email access, (allowing for 12-24 hours return email response) unlimited cell phone access (during regular hours of 9 am to 8 pm), conference calls with other students, and access to our student webinars/tele-seminars. You also will have FREE admission to 2 (TWO) REACT 4 Day Work Shops with VIP Seating. That is a $1997 value per event!
FREE access to the ‘What Would Jon Do" Conference Calls for 6 months. That is a $600 Value!
FREE Lifetime Membership ONLINE access to our REACT/CATS System: $5997 Initial Value and in addition. Plus NO MONTHLY FEE for the MEMBERSHIP EVER!.. so this is an additional $1997 Value per year…..so let’s just say it’s worth a lot!

You agree to profit share with us, (USAMD, LLC) on your first 3 deals….50-50 splits. You have one year to accomplish the deal splits, however if not all are completed in the 1st year you will be obligated to finish the (3) deal splits if you continue to do Real Estate Investing after the 6 months of mentoring.
If you choose to pay monthly…..you are responsible to have a check to us by the 1st of each month or we can do pay-pal or charge your credit card thru our merchant account, whichever is best for you. Jon and one of our Top Mentors, personally will be your mentors.
All of the above levels will also qualify for the following:
You will be entitled as a Mentor Student of USA RE Mentoring Program to many opportunities. You will be given first crack at the many deals that come our way…if they are in your area, you will be given the opportunity to profit share on the deal before it is sent out to the master list. You will also be given first crack at many other opportunities such as Bulk REO’s and other business ventures that will come during your mentorship. You will always be invited first before these opportunities are given out to our master list. You will always be on the cutting edge of anything new coming down the pike that deserves your attention in
regards to Real Estate. You will also be the first to gain access to the knowledge we obtain when we get back from a Boot Camp or educational event. We share anything we learn so that you never have to feel that just because you missed an event or could not attend a certain event that you will lose out….as we pretty much attend every event out there and we bring that knowledge and education back to our students… thus saving you time and money!
You will be on Steph’s list of both motivational and educational information emails. We all know that sometimes we just need a subtle kick along the way and we have been told that everyone enjoys the info that she sends out. She is always looking for info that can help all of us and when she finds it…you will get it.. thus saving you time reading thru emails and watching webinars. We will guide you to when you need additional training and guide you to what things to go to that will most benefit your business at the time, thus saving you time and money.
We know that what we charge is extremely reasonable for the experience that you will get by using us and our other Mentors to help your business….but we also want you to know that we do this because we love to do it and the money is not really the reason at all. If that were the case, we would charge much more as we know that we can command more and our time is worth more. We are dedicated to helping you become successful Real Estate Investors and that to us is much more important than making BIG BUCKS.
We hope that you will quickly see the extreme value of what you are getting and realize that the value and knowledge gained as well as the shortening of your learning curve is worth much more than you paid for by having us as your MENTORS. This will be what makes us ultimately the most happy!
